Looking for the Hottest stocks to trade?
HotTrend is an amazing new addition to Realtick. HotTrend continually scans all stocks in the NASDAQ and NYSE for abnormal behavior. Suppose the average volume for stock XYZ has been 1 million shares a day, but some time today the volume makes a sudden change. HotTrend will see this "abnormal behavior" and add stock XYZ to the HotTrend list. Next I will explain how to set up HotTrend in Realtick and then describe some of its many features.
Setting up in Realtick: Once Princeton permissions your Realtick and you are running the newest version, you will be able to create the HotTrend market minder and add the HotTrend realtime Radar. Account holders at Princeton can have HotTrend at no additional cost!

Setting up the Realtick HotTrend Market Minder
Create a market minder in Realtick by Townsend Analytics, Ltd. and add the symbol chain "$hottrend-Q" for the NASDAQ or "$hottrend-N" for the NYSE. This minder will display up to 30 stocks that are doing something out of the ordinary. The HotTrend Radar scans the entire market searching for stocks that are doing something abnormal based upon the stock's past several days movement and refreshes the minder list each minute.

Preventing just one serious mistake can easily make the TradeTutor worth more than twice it's price!
The HotTrend Radar
Within the "favorites" menu selection of Realtick is a browser that is already setup for HotTrend. The stock GSPN has not been on the list before. You know this because of the NEW symbol. Looking at the blue chart to the right, the one orange vertical line shows that GSPN has been on the list only once. The "help" selection defines all the symbols used and how this system works. The idea is to find stocks when they begin to do something unusual, not afterwards when it's too late.

HotTrend Summary
HotTrend is a tool that helps you locate stocks that are changing from their "normal" behavior. If a fund begins a buying campaign on a particular stock, if serious news comes out during the day, if an earnings report is released, whatever changes the normal behavior of a stock is likely to be detected and listed in HotTrend.

Thanksgiving Day Thought
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day and a good time to be thankful for what we have, and thankful for not having what we don't want! Although I probably don't know you, we share many things in common, such as the desire for a better life and the need to be successful. On that note, I thank you for requesting this newsletter and hope that Princeton's Trading Tips have helped you reach your goals and will continue to do so.
Kindest Regards,
